IMPORTANT ZOOM INFO

Please be aware that for the remaining sectionals (the two remaining will be tomorrow, Saturday 3/26, and next week, Wednesday 3/30), we will not be broadcasting the breakout sectionals on Zoom. Those voice parts that stay in the main room will have a dedicated camera on Liya, which should improve that half of the sectional.

However, the voice parts that go with Jenny to another room – on Zoom, the “breakout room” – should work on the material on their own. Jenny will announce what each voice part will work on during the sectional. Those on Zoom should be prepared to access the YouTube recordings for that part as well. 

Every effort will be made to post pertinent information in the Zoom chat including questions asked and answered in the main rehearsal room and links to the YouTube videos for the sectionals. If Zoomers have questions during the rehearsal, please type them in the chat and Alex will make every effort to get you an answer. 

This decision was made to streamline our overall Zoom process since the sectionals are relatively short in duration. The plan is to have a separate camera and mic on Liya in the main room during the sectional.
