• This semester, we will broadcast and record the weekly rehearsals on Zoom. You can tune in “live” using the link or Meeting info above or access the recording on Thursday morning.
• Attending Rehearsal via Zoom is considered an absence. You are allowed 3 absences each term in order to sing in the concert. Anything more than that, you need to speak with Sue Berlenbach susanberlenbach@gmail.com and Jenny Cooper jcooper@concordchorale.org.
• The Zoom session will be “set it and forget it.” Nobody will monitor the Chat or be available for any interaction with Zoomers.
• Please remain Muted during the sessions. You can chat with other Zoomers during the break, however.
• If there is a computer technical issue during the Zoom session, it may not be addressed/resolved until a break. The WI-FI at the Music School sometimes drops in the middle of a session. We appreciate your patience.
• Please email your Section Leader and Jenny if you know you’ll be attending via Zoom. (also if you’ll miss rehearsal all together)
• If you are sick, please stay home. But, join the rehearsal on Zoom if possible.
• The Recordings of the Weekly Rehearsals are available to ALL Members on the Member Portal. It’s a good review if you need to remember what we worked on.
• Recordings will be posted on Member Portal by Thursday morning.
